A big step towards recovery

I think fellow- and former-sufferers will be interested to know that I made a big step towards improving my health this weekend.

I finally threw out my extra binder of photocopied rules for Empire of the Rising Sun.

I feel better already! I think soon I might be able to take the next step, and get rid of the game itself.
