Yes, I got the impression that it will be released in August. Either way they are working on it right now.

yay, thanks for pointing me at the korean client. I see it's for cyberoro, so I guess one would need to use the normal wbaduk client to contact an admin and ask him to enable the wbaduk account for cyberoro, then this client might be usable.
I only looked at the wbaduk website for info about the client but it doesnt have any, I actually also visited cyberoro.com but i cant read korean ^^'.

Yes, I would expect they're either trying to bug fix that version and then port it or in the process of porting it.

I assume before English, first we would see an app for the Japanese version of cyberoro/wbaduk. That still isn't out there.

Any idea if contacting the admins by clicking "Ask Help" button actually works? I've tried it numerous times during different day times and never succeeded.

It always instantly gives a message "the administrator is not available right now, sorry for the inconvenience"..
