It's gone. There are intermittent efforts to restore the content:

Until recently you could still post there, but the site has been more-or-less abandoned by Don, the community moved en masse over here a year and a half ago, and attempting to post an sgf would render the page unloadable for everyone. Now, it seems like you can't even access the forum at all.
