Comments on some of the early middle game:

:b29: was the first move which struck me as wrong. W has no grand territorial prospects in this area, so why invade? Let W spend another move to consolidate this small area if he wants. A move like P16 is incomparably larger. (Note also that after the sequence 29-37, the resulting B thickness is not very impressive, largely nullified by the W stone at E11.)

:b41: is an odd attack; Q17 is the vital shape point for both sides.
:b57: seems like a bad reflex, continuing to play in an area which has become very small.
:b59: is an overplay; this stone is just lost if W cuts at H16.
