Help me see: game with several mistakes and 1-point moves

I just played this game. I have taken a break from go for a few months and I am still in the mid-DDK area. Could someone point out better moves, my mistakes/small moves, and generally call my unsharpened attention to issues in my playing?

I played this game fairly quickly, and didn't really think through many moves. My looking back:
13: I should have played in one of the big areas like around D10.
31: I again should have played in a bigger area like the top left. This was a wasted move.
33: I should have played more towards the center or at least further out, I think. (Or maybe elsewhere altogether?)
What other stupid things am I doing?
Thank you for helping me become stronger.

I just went through it quickly, but 69 should be at a11 jumped out at me, but that is just a tactical mistake. on a more general level you let him make a massive top, and you probably shouldn't have gotten into the pushing fight, and instead reduce him.

speedchase: Wow, I definitely didn't see that. Thank you, I will need to pay more careful attention to reading during games.
For reducing him, what would be better moves from 39 on? (or just a better strategy here, areas to focus play in)
Ed, thank you for calling my attention to those moves. I will learn to recognize the vitality of moves like 31 when followed by your 33.
I am learning much from this discussion. Any other ideas?
Thank you all!

Haha yes uberdude. The ultimate wisdom in go: slow down and think! When I said I didn't really think through moves, I meant the tactical, local moves. Like #69 where I did not think about how to better use that situation.
Obviously I'd do better if I spent more time in these areas, but I'm wondering about some of the less-tactics and more-strategy type stupid moves. Instead of getting involved in the pushing fight that let him scoop out so much of the top, where should I have re-directed my stones?
