I just noticed that igolocal.net is not there anymore. Does anybody know why and whether it is only temporary?

Igolocal was started by Chuck Thomas of Shodan Imports back in July 2010. viewtopic.php?p=23464#p23464
If you look at the SL page for Shodan Imports, you'll see that as of February 2012, Chuck has started full time at a new job with no time to service his customers and he's looking for a buyer for his business.
I would guess therefore that he does not have time to maintain Igolocal either.
From the SL page for Igolocal, we learn that "the domain seems to have lapsed as of 4/26/12, picked up by one of those scumbags that takes them up as soon as they're available. Who knows if they'll pay the ransom to buy it back... Sad day. "

So it's hard to say when it will be back up.

still going to www.igolocal.net seems to still work, though it does seem to have more functional issues now.
