Some thoughts. Somehow I couldn't resist the details of the endgame.
81: R17 accomplishes your goal more efficiently and in better shape.
95: Seems too small. W can tenuki. How much territory could you make here, anyway?
125: Why not just double hane?
161: When you're ending in gote like this, you might as well reduce a little bit (i.e., E1 D1 F1 is one full point better than F1).
167: Compare what your bottom territory would be if you had just double haned or pulled back around 125.
191: Not connecting (tenuki, then fight ko) might be a fine strategy under different circumstances, but if you're going to connect, connect at A7, preventing the ko. Here, A7 is sente (W must connect), so it's clearly best.
197: E16 seems to work fine; it's 2pts better.
210: The J14 atari is better.
211: B should block at J14. (W J16 becomes self-atari.)
219: "Save the ko for last." W can't connect it yet until he plays Q19 anyway. Once you take it, all of his endgame moves become ko threats.
245: Loses a point.

23 & 25: both of this is for making center to be black's. I think,I'll prefer for side at first.or balancing them by play at 3line for one of them (23/25).
81: R18. can't black do this?
for anothers, my knowledge is not enought for comment the game. have fun..
