Life In 19x19

From what I can see on the site and these boards it doesnt look like there is a minimum or even Suggested rank, but I wanted to make sure
Looking at the site and posts here most people seem to start in the single digits. My KGS rank is 17k, but I think thats lower then it should be,
I dont get to play online as often as Id like to.

there is a 23ish kyu in my division, so don't worry. the asr is great.
