first tournament game

This is a game I played today. It's the first "official" game I've ever played, as it was in the first round of an AGA tournament. It's also the first time I've tried recording a game by hand while playing with a clock. Towards the end of the game, I was having to scribble moves quickly while still trying to play and hit the clock on time. As a result, I noticed a few small mistakes in my record while creating the sgf, but these occur towards the end of the game and do not affect either the final position of the board or the final score.
As usual, any feedback is appreciated. I obviously need to work on life and death and 182 should have been at 183.
Thanks in advance.

My thoughts on a few moves. As I'm a 9kyu these should of course be taken with a grain of salt.
Move12: I think F6 is better. It surrounds the W group keeping it small and on the side. While there are cuts they just leave W with a weak group in the center+near thickness. So don’t really need to worry about them yet.
Move 40: Pull back at F10. If W pushes again you can Atari and then protect one of the cuts. Capturing keeps W from playing a ladder breaker but solid(and not broken) shape is more important.
Move 68: Dropping to B12 instead makes nice shape and serves your purpose.
Move 113: just block at J17. W isn’t making(much) points on the bottom so just keep him out of your side.
Move130: Don’t just automatically save a stone from Atari. A lot more points to be had by defending around the G3 area. And you can cut in the lower right corner at Q2.
And lastly, maybe you just messed up recording it.. but 182 and 183 should have been at S9

So, a few things I noticed that we didn't have time to discuss at the tournament:
Move 72: C13 is probably better. This keeps my stones separated, and now I have to make life inside your territory. Not fun.
Move 90: Probably not necessary. The only way I can successfully jump into the corner is if there's the aji of connecting along the side. You already descended at B5, so that possibility is slim to none.
Move 98: R4. This takes away a liberty and makes living in the corner a little harder. If you play R4, I actually live much smaller.
Move 170: I think you may have missed a move around here, because I remember playing S9 here, and it was never played in your game record. And it's kinda important.
Move 196: Same here. You definitely fixed your shape so that it didn't die all over the place.
That's everything I could see. You did a good job, and of course, completely kicked my ass.

Take a look at the effect of F11 for white after black passed. Is there a move missing here in your record?

No there's no move missing. Neither of us saw it because we were both almost out of time (I had been on my last byo-yomi for awhile and had almost lost due to time twice), and I personally was dealing with bad nerves.
