Guidance needed

Background:
Game played on QQ (60 sec/move)
I play white (now 7-8k on kgs), Black is some guy on QQ level 1级
Opinion:
I thought it was a straight forward game (as opposed to the fights I'm used to) but it went wrong somewhere.
I have a bad habit of living big in the center and giving away all the rest. (what remains after learning san rensei a long time ago)
Any advice is very welcome.
