Life In 19x19

Greetings. Here is a recent game I lost. Although I was little behind in score before the game losing move 127(horrible misreading), I thought I still did fairly well before it and could have turned the game over with good endgame. After the mistake, my game fell totally apart. I'd like some comments or a full review of the game in order to improve my play.

29: As the previous poster said, this is the wrong direction. D2 or f7 looks better.

39: You must play H3. Worried about the corner? His K4 group is too weak for him to risk starting a second group in the lower right, so you don't need to grab the corner.
