[BGG] Game Bile about Go

Since I've already posted something from BGG, I thought I would share with you something else I found there.

There is a list there called "Game Bile - Alternative Viewpoints on the Games You Love".
The description:
Remember your favourite game - The one that you're going to bring your kids up playing, the one from your childhood, that perfect game that has given you some much pleasure; the game that you always recommend because its rules are written on your soul and no one could ever not love it?

Yeah well - not everyone agrees and some folk disagree with bile.

The idea is to find your favourite game(s) on BGG, order the comments that people leave on the game by the rating they gave the game, go through the lowest ratings, and find the most entertaining negative comments there.

Here's what I found:
Phelanpt wrote:Quite a few pretty entertaining ones, from 1 to 3:
This is a game? The first to play win, period, an insult to intelligence, and a total waste of time.

Why is go here.???(3142 Question marks omitted)???...(424 dots omitted)...???(351 question marks omitted)???

I wonder if the above is a more existential question than it appeared to me at first. :p

I'm flabbergasted that this game is ranked higher than chess !?!?!

But this is not a shill rating. Go earns the 1 ranking all on its own.

The rules say something like "making pretty patterns is as much a part of the game as surrounding your opponents pieces" If I want to do that, I'll make a quilt.

You go! Find different game!

Its the devil!

Abstract and sick. It haunts me in a bad way. Not that I'm saying it is not a good game for someone....I just won't be that someone ever again.

Average abstract strategy game. This game received it's name thousands of years ago from the saying "'Go' ahead, devote your life to it, I'd rather learn Karate."

Hope you're at least entertained.

I would swear I read a History of Go story where Emperor Yao's stupid son Dan Zhu said the exact same thing....leading to Shang being appointed the next Emperor. Maybe someone read the same story and is quoting.

Or maybe Dan Zhu lives again....

I think we ought to laugh at ourselves every once in awhile. Otherwise we'd be as stiff as a board and buried beneath stones. :D

Anyway, that was amusing. My biggest problem, and also the thing I like best oddly, is the learning curve involved.

I must admit I lol'd at this one.

Found some more in people who had no rating:
Just found another interesting one with no rating:
fungoid pebbles

(Edit)And more:
Looks simple, but one of the most complex games imaginable. Two players take turns putting stones on a board until they decide they're finished. That's the entire game.
He's quite right. :)

Bought a set after watching the movie Pi. Thought it would somehow fill an existential void. I ended up using the pieces as counters for Netrunner instead. Someday.

Ok, come on here people this is an old game which is so simplistic it's not much fun even though it does provide an interesting tactical challenge. The game is so simple though that it never really changes, games will never be drastically different, lines will be built till somebody breaks through. That's the game, over and over and over again.

Yep. Edit:(Be advised that the first page is very streched because of that comment with a lot of punctuation, so scroll a lot to the right to see links to other pages)
Most of them are not very entertaining, complaining about it being too boring or abstract, or about the learning curve.

If you do find more entertaining ones, please post! :)

Second edit - Found something fun in the 10s:
Told to me by a Korean player many times better than I am:
(1) "You need to build more house".
(2) "Don't try to take everything. Take more than half."
