dgs - activity too high

Just got banned for 24h, because my activity was too high. First I got a notice that I had 10 hits left before I get banned and I thought ok, lets economize those. But it jumped to 8 after the next click and to 0 the one after that. :/
Never had that before. I thought they jsut moved to a new server?

Keep a "normal" access profile and you will not be blocked for over-use:
You are allowed to make 500 page requests per hour.
More than 500 in an hour is quite a bit.
from the faq as well
If you exceed your access quota you may be blocked for a day.
If you feel, that you have been blocked accidentally or for an undeserved reason, please login as guest and inform the DGS-crew in the Support Forum giving your blocked account user-id. Please do not publish your email address or any other personal details in the Forum.

That's like a page request every 7 seconds for an hour straight. I don't think I had that much. Although I have a bad habit with page refreshes. Hmm.
Guess I will have to pace myself a lot more. 500 an hour is more than enough. But then again - the warning came at 10 and I had only 2 more clicks.

Does the app check for moves automatically? If so maybe you need to set the check frequency a little longer? - just a guess

One possibility that got me one time is an over eager RSS reader (if you use RSS to follow your DGS games).

Why not play at a different place? gomatches.com is a site set up by this 23 year old guy in Austria, and wuzheng.me is the best server around for features in mainland China. The players at wuzheng.me are stronger than at dgs too.
