sorry to say this but...he has no chance of winning.

Well, for this match, I think I should fill you in on my thoughts.

I have quite some experience playing against Magicwand's type of player.

They rely mostly on instinct, and reading.

As a result of this, they are almost always confident that they are in the lead.

There are mainly two ways to exploit this: Use better judgment to obtain a better position, and win by a small margin off of their overconfidence, or use better reading to crush them.

I don't think I have to tell you which one I favor.

The problem with having so much confidence is that often times, it generates blind spots in reading. I'll be watching to take advantage of this.

For now, in the opening, I plan on capitalizing on one of the most common things about people with Magicwand's style.

They don't know joseki.
