Joyeuse année!
Upstairs neighbors had a thing happen. They didn't party, but there's been lots of noise for a long time (since 3am), and cops showed up at 5 just as I was getting out to knock on their door.
I don't even know. I'm quite unhappy though. Hopefully the rest of the year will be much better.
