Because I love doing this sort of thing, I've created a page for the tournament showing the whole structure, based on the format at this site. I will try to keep it as up to date as possible. Please inform me about any mistakes with results or pairings; some things may have changed since topazg's last list.

The background colors are really faint and I don't understand what they mean.

Each player who wins at least one game is assigned a color and every game he wins gets that color in the table. It makes it easier to see how players have progressed through the tournament. The colors are meant to be subtle.

The colours are OK on my screen. Their meaning is to make it easier to follow a player's path through the tournament.

Nice! Maybe I'm lazy, but I enjoy a graphical representation of the tournament. To me, it's just easier to process. Thanks a lot for doing this.

topazg has done the rest of the seedings and sent them to me, so I've updated the page (and added a Loser's Bracket diagram to make its structure clear, although of course it's mostly empty).

R1/8 in the loser's bracket means the loser of round 1 in group 8 in the winner's bracket (there are eight such groups).

Request to topazg: Can I be swapped around with someone (Violence, for example) so that I'm in a different bracket than freegame? We play at the same club, so all other things being equal, I'd rather not play someone I already play quite often

We first have to win round 4a. You might be confident to win this round, but I most likely have to play HKA who is quite strong I think. but if we both win, we indeed have to play in round 5 already. So, I don't mind at all if he gets moved to another bracket

I was already afraid of this when I signed up for the tournament. below a quote from my sign-up post

topazg has asked me to swap you with DeadTired so that you and freegame are now in opposite halves of the draw, and I've done so.

One more update: there was a typo in topazg's instructions, and he meant to swap DeadTired with freegame, not with HermanHiddema. This is now reflected in the chart.
