The KGS Meijin Tournament is kicking off again. Qualifier tournaments run throughout the year. The winner of the Meijin receives a special magic icon for their account, and a $500 prize.

Looks like fun, but my club meets on Wednesdays at that time. I would feel pretty lame missing out on playing Go with my friends so I could play strangers on the Internet.
