Looking for a go coach

Hello,
I've been playing for more than 4 years and I'm reaching a plateau at around 2-3k KGS.
I'd like to improve but I'm struggling to do so... I feel like I'm starting to get rooted by into certain "bad" habits leading me to this stable ranking.
I'm taking lessons already but rather than hours of lessons, I'd like more guidance on "how to improve"...
What would be the most efficient area to work on?
I'm in my late thirties and i think age is an important criteria which needs to be taken into account: I've got some time but not limitless and methods that work for younger players may not be the most appropriate.
As well, I'd like personal pieces of advice that takes into account my playing style and habits, to both build on my strength and work on my weakness.
I know that the habit is to have "lessons by the hour" but somehow what I'm more looking for is a training program involving both personal work and specific lessons.
Do you know of some teachers / players who are tackling this kind of needs?
Do you have any experience with them?
