Recently I have been having problems with KGS and the users. Being called "weak" after I ask them too stop and yet they keep going. When they insult me the admins tell me too censor them but when I say something back I get banned I think it's a little unfair and the admins should be doing more as asking for the full story instead of just banning whoever they dislike more.

I had a look at your game (Fri 9.8) out of curiosity. To me it looks like you're just as much at fault as the others (they weren't especially nice either, but some would also call their comments humorous remarks). You also kept fueling the argument and in the end you took the name calling to the next level. I don't see a problem with the admin decision. Censoring really is a sound option, as was suggested.

I never said I didn't have anything too do with it, but yet at the same time I was the only one who took the heat. I have witnesses in the room that saw what happened I'm not gonna list KGS names because I don't think that that's a smart idea, all in all nobody likes being called weak and the fact that they called me names and didn't want too play me after they said it just makes them look worse. But the admin (once again, not naming who it was) responeded too the one who reported first. I was thinking of reporting the room and the game myself so we all even take the heat but since I was too late I got the heat.

All I can say is that you must have good potential to have reached AGA 5k as such a young age.

Of course it's not too late.
But the truth is, you're not an AGA *anything* yet. You may say you think you deserve to be such-and-such a rank, or that so-and-so said you have some potential, but until you back it up, all people see is the talk. Maybe that's why you ran into the reaction you got in the game in question. When you start winning (and note I didn't say 'if'), then you won't need to get into boasting contests.

Okay, let me get this straight.

I just looked at your last game on KGS. You ranking is all over the place. It jumped from 19k to 5k when you beat an 8k. You have turned it on and off since that time and it is currently off, so no one really has any idea what your rank is. A 3d is good enough to play you an even game. At the end of that game one of the kibitzers says you are weak, a fact which is clearly true if you are challenging 3 dans to even games. You go off on a tirade of insults and take umbrage.

Sounds just like a 13-year old spoiled brat who has no future if you ask me. You you want respect you need to earn it.
