Someone (I don't know who) has been editing the SL pages of prominent professionals recently, adding a lot of content, and doing a lot of cleanup. If you're interested in professional go, you may well be interested in following the recent changes ( for example, here is Seo Pong-su's page:
http://senseis.xmp.net/?SeoBongsoo).
And whoever you are, thanks for the good work.

The IP address for the last person to edit the SeoBongSoo page you reference indicates that the editor is in Oklahoma City. I don't think there are a lot of players in Oklahoma (I used to live there) so there is a good chance someone can figure out who it is.

There are publicly available list of GeoIP tables (linking IPs with geographical areas.) They are not 100% foolproof, but 80-90% of the time they are accurate enough to munch some data. Used one once to cleanup a database of email registrations to limit it to US+UK (had the registering IP logged).
