Any idea how to get databases from Tygem's 7d-9d games? There is fuseki.info but it's not updated since 2011.

If you have a paid account, you can view history of any player's games. I doubt the records are available from Tygem for free, since viewing game history of players is disabled for free accounts (at least with Korean client).

I can confirm that:
It's disabled on Japanese clients, but not on English clients
