Which would be the most popular go server in the world? Tygem? KGS? Or another one?
Cheers!

I don't really know, according to what people tell me I think, in the west, KGS. In the east, it's Tygem.
In Europe it's definitely KGS.

It's not even close to Tygem.
The only question is if there are Chinese servers bigger than Tygem.
KGS is biggest for non-Asia players.

I'd be really surprised if there was a server bigger than tygem.

I think YiCheng (Chinese version of Tygem) is bigger than TOM so Tygem is bigger. As a side note, TOM used to also be a Chinese version of Tygem until a couple of years back when it broke off (and became less popular).

I always thought that people using the tom service actualy were also connected to the tygem network. (not sure anymore where I read this)
So when I was playing on the chinese servers of tygem I could be playing someone on TOM.
After reading this I'm not so sure anymore, can anyone confirm if this is true or not ?
Cheers,
Otenki

@otenki: That was the case a few years back (not completely sure), but not any more (100% certain).
