IGS Server issues

Recently, I have been noticing some issues on IGS. It first happened the other day I noticed there were a bunch of randomized looking account names, some of which had a prefix robot. The connection seemed really slow, recently I've lost two games in a row because my connection was dropped. Has anyone else noticed such issues, I am thinking it is about time to learn a new server.
