KGS other clients

I play on KGS so I wonder if there is a client with extended functionality.
I mostly need to make notes during a game (without boring an opponent or revealing moves I contemplate)
and mark points of a board (cutting, eyes etc).

There aren't any other official clients for KGS. There have been some forks, and you may find them on the internet. I'm not aware of any of them currently working, since WMS changed the protocol and ruined the only one I used a few years ago...
KGS has a closed protocol, so alternative clients are not allowed to connect to the server. According to WMS (the owner), this is intended to avoid bugs and server issues caused by other clients rather than the official one.
Actually, this is a very controversial topic

There's cgoban-h which offers some extra functionality, but none of what you ask. I usually (since this year, actually) have a sheet of paper by my side where I jot my thoughts on particular moves (why, threats, etc)

Can you tell me where I can download one of these?

¿? It's just a blank sheet of A4 paper

You can use legal, if you prefer

Usually before the game (if I have time) I write numbers 1-100 so I don't need to write the number of the move (actually, ply number) down.

Why would you want to download a sheet of paper? Not everything is virtual these days.

It's too thin of a line. I wasn't sure if daal was serious or not, but since it could help the OP... I just answered as if he was being serious

Download and print out (hope I don’t violate any copyrights here)
A4 blank.pdf (~1 KB)
US legal blank.pdf (~1 KB)
You’re welcome

Grtz, Tom

Thank you. I had found this website:

Actually I found a great source of blank paper... Inside most printers there's a magic tray which is almost always full of blank paper! I removed all once, and when I checked back it was full again. There was also a note complaining about something, but, blank paper!

Pof... you and your stories. Where I live, it is like a paradise, and the paper grows on trees.
