New Go Club in North Carolina

I am attempting to form a Go Club in the Triad area (Greensboro, Winston-Salem and High Point) and I was hoping for some interest. I have been a member of several Go clubs around the country and have recently relocated to this area, but unfortunately my search for a group of local go players was fruitless. Is there anyone on here who meets semi-regularly in this area?
I have established a meetup group
http://www.meetup.com/Triad-Go-Club/ and if there is enough local interest I would love for us to register as a club with the AGA. Hopefully there are still some go players in this area!

I will be in Greensboro for the next few weeks. I am usually there from Sunday night to Thursday Afternoon. If there is a meetup I'll be happy to drop by.

Glad to hear it! If you send me your email I can add you to the group email I'll be sending and will be able to notify you of meetings. About how strong are you so I can get a feel for the group?

Still in the area at all by chance?? I would love to still try to meet up even if only for some friendly games? I got a sorta cheap go board online but it's still a pretty good board and have always wanted to play in person. Haha not sure exactly on my strength level but hope to be able to help others improve along with myself!

That meetup link no longer exists, so I am guessing there is no longer a group there.
