Singing the praises of Yellow Mountain Imports

I write to sing the praises of the customer service folks at Yellow Mountain Imports. I have purchased my go equipment from them over the past two years and I have to say their service is (in my experience) impeccable. One of the go bowls that I received from them had an unsightly stain - and they replaced that immediately, no questions asked, with no requirement that I send the bowl back to them. (so I use it for desk items)
Recently (over the past three months) my 2.4" shin-kaya table board that I purchased from them in November, 2012, developed a swelling in the middle (perhaps where two pieces were joined) that was growing and becoming a little annoying and very noticeable by sight and definitely by feel). I sent pictures to them, and immediately they offered to replace the board for me if I paid to ship the original to them (even though their return policy is generally a 30-day free return with restock fee).
No cost whatsoever, but the shipping (which was about $40 - well worth it to replace a $200 goban).
Very pleased, and I must highly recommend them. Excellent quality (but if there is ever an issue, they will treat you well!)
