ASR Game

I was wondering if someone could give me a few pointers up to move 70. After that I was just thrashing around for a while. I'm sorry I didn't embed the file, but I don't really know how, I'm computer illiterate. ]

I've found that a lot of my games revolve (at least locally) around efficiency. My shapes seem heavy and slow, I was wondering if there are any resources (books, pro games, etc.) That are particularly useful to remedy this. Thanks

Joseki?

I'm a pretty casual young go player, mostly blitz these days, around fifth kyu. I haven't been playing too long and I've just come across the attached SGF, or something similar to it. What's the best way to handle it assuming the surrounding circumstances are open.
