Just some personal opinions:
30:I would like to play at S6 since it's sente for black. And after that I'd probably play 32 at D10, E2 is too small;black could just ignore you.
134 at A18 would kill black.

By connecting, you hurt black's lone stone. It will be hard for black to launch a successful attack. Black taking the corner doesn't seem much of a problem, because white's stone on the right still has plenty of space. Besides that, there isn't any other move I can think of, you can't afford to let ...

I don't think blitz is a good idea especially for Kyus because it fosters the bad habit of not thinking and is of little help to your reading and judgement skills.

Not seeing atari is quite common in beginners. Don't worry, just play some more games, and you will gradually improve over time.
