Tsumego Pro is actually quite a nice app for studying as an SDK. I actually paid for all the in-app purchases as I figured that the cost of purchasing them all doesn't even add up to the cost of some individual go books.

Looking for advice from Android users on good English apps for studying for single digit kyu level players.
