There’s been no change in availability, but I’m an ocean away from the books. I think I’ll probably visit them sometime in 2024, but that’s not quite scheduled. I’ll try to remember that this thread exists when I’ve made plans, in case anyone is interested.

Do the annual list of top-10 players’ winnings include the game fees? I imagine they’re not a huge proportion of the total, but by the time you reach #10, they must matter a bit.

They are, but in storage, and it will likely be significantly later this year before I’m colocated with them again.

I would be interested to hear how thou and thee have survived in USA, Canada, Australia etc. I think purely as a signifier of archaic things, in the US. I say that as someone who’s enjoyed reading the King James.

The first few chapters of attack and defense are good at your level. They discuss the purpose of attacking, and teach a mindset you might not yet have. Otherwise, I agree with everyone else’s comments.
