I've always thought another good feature would be something like if you escaped a game, you could not start another one until you reopened and resigned from the game you escaped from (or finished it).
I used to block escapers, but now I put them on my buddy list and whenever I see them, I just ...

Re: Question about Daily Joseki method
Another good idea might be a "suggested curriculum" starting from a foundational joseki and then working out.

Re: Apoah's Study Journal
I have played several games since posting my last game. (Fun Fighting Game)
I have been attempting to put more thought into my fuseki and I felt this game was an improvement. Game comments inline.

@amnal
Thanks for the comments. Re: move 8. I had a thought at the beginning of this game that I would try to force white into the middle. I realized that Q4 was bad at this point and did consciously decide to give up the big corner for influence. Perhaps not a wise choice, but it was on purpose. I ...

Fun Fighting Game
This is a 2 stone handicap game, I am Black The fun starts at move 75 with whites invasion. White relentlessly pursues eyes and showed a great fighting spirit. I thought some others might enjoy it as well. I have commented on key parts in the sgf.

@Daniel
I didn't realize that it was your site! It is really good and I have enjoyed using it immensely. In fact, the only reason I haven't upgraded yet is because I'm afraid I would spend too much time there.
I will continue following the path. While some theory would be nice, I do enjoy ...

Re: Question about Dailiy Joseki method
I did get a message about making the test longer or shorter, but I didn't really get what that meant.
It makes sense that this is to learn the follow up moves, I will just keep at it and hopefully it will start to make more sense.
Do you know also how it decides which joseki to do? Right now I am ...

Re: Games on GoChild
nope. I did get it to work. If you wait a moment it gives you the option to 'make and invitation' This looks to be kind of like automatch on KGS.
A game finally did start. No ranks, no time, no chat. My opponent was not very good (probably ~25k) and I accidentally passed several times while trying ...

Question about Daily Joseki method
When studying on Daily Joseki, sometimes after the main joseki another 50 moves or so will appear on the board and I will be asked to play the correct move in the new position.
Is this still considered 'joseki'? What is purpose of this as it is unlikely that any game will progress like the one ...

Games on GoChild
So apparently you can play a game of go on Gochild now? I'm not sure, I noticed a new menu item (at least one that I hadn't seen before) called 'games(1)' when I clicked on it allowed me to 'create an invitation' so I did and now I'm 'waiting for a challenger'.
So if you GoChild, get on there and ...

Go World Magazine - How to Subscribe?
I'm trying to find information on how to subscribe to Go World Magazine in the US. The main page doesn't seem to have a link on it and is also outdated (showing that No. 122 is the latest).
I found a site to subscribe in Australia, but that is it. It seems to be much easier to subscribe to 'Go ...

So if we were to discuss Chinese politics in this forum, then the Chinese Internet Police would ban this forum from being available in China?
