So apparently you can play a game of go on Gochild now? I'm not sure, I noticed a new menu item (at least one that I hadn't seen before) called 'games(1)' when I clicked on it allowed me to 'create an invitation' so I did and now I'm 'waiting for a challenger'.
So if you GoChild, get on there and see what happens.

Re: Games on GoChild
There is no game offer that I could see. But when I clicked on "Game" from the menu, I noticed an "under construction" sign. It seems that there is no such functionality yet.

Re: Games on GoChild
nope. I did get it to work. If you wait a moment it gives you the option to 'make and invitation' This looks to be kind of like automatch on KGS.
A game finally did start. No ranks, no time, no chat. My opponent was not very good (probably ~25k) and I accidentally passed several times while trying to figure out what the different icons meant.
Just like in training, there are several mysterious icons which can be clicked. Some of them open up new icon options, but I couldn't get a sense for what they do. Eventually it seemed that my opponent had decided to stop playing, so I exited the game.
But it does work. Interesting, though.
