The annual go championships for Australia will be held in Queensland's Gold Coast, Saturday December 8 and Sunday December 9, 2012. We are picking a venue from a shortlist of interesting-looking resorts right now. We will be holding a go camp with at least one professional attending to teach, for two/three days before the main tournament. There is a cover charge, but the more attendees interested, the fancier we can get and the less it costs per participant.
Annual general meeting of the Australian Go Association will be at lunchtime on the Sunday. Nominations are called for; likewise motions. Suggestions for anything you want changed/fixed/abolished in Australian go? Post 'em to this board.
