AGAGD

Post by speedchase »

What is the deal with the AGAGD? I saw they said they had to do some maintenance on it, but i just noticed that all mention of it was removed from the website. Are they planning to bring it back? is there a timeframe?

We found two volunteers at Congress to fix it. It had to be taken down due to super major security problems.

Is there a timeline for it's completion?

Not sure. I might fix it myself if it takes too long, though.

As the two volunteers are green on the project it may be a little bit till they get started. As this was only discovered about a month ago it will take a while till it gets really moving. The new website took a little less than a year. This could be a while till its done.
Decisions are made by those who show up.

Does this mean ratings won't be updated in the meantime?

While they are in the same database, they output in very different ways. When the AGAGD does come back online it will contain all of the tournaments you were in. The ratings will continue to update as usual.
