I very much hope that breakfast's account has been hacked, or that this is an incredibly tasteless joke. This thread is insulting not only to the two females mentioned, but to every female player in Europe...

As a slightly related note, on youtube, baduktv just posted a special game with Svetlana Shikshina (3p) trying to live as white where black has 17 handicap stones.

Is that how a 17 handicap board is supposed to be set up? Cool! I will have to try it with one of the noobs at Go club tonight. I think they will do better with that than with the board handicapped at square intervals.

I think breakfast's response (deleting posts with apology) was appropriate and made the best of a bad situation.

This is not meant in a condescending/judging sort of way, just thought it was great to see a case where this was actually done correctly in my opinion.

According to Guo Juan, black should kill white. She said Nie Weiping once managed to live against her but then he is stronger.

Korean pros opinion: W is easier to live.
I saw some other games with such rules on Korean Baduk TV (about 10 years ago).
I remember that Seo Nungwook,9p was not able to kill as B (but forgot his opponent).

It's useful to try this game with players of different strength.
For example: 5d (B) vs 15k (W), 8 stones handicap (Chinese style). Chances to live/kill here are close to 50-50
