First post is fixed
Also: I put in some comments to let you see some of my thinking... I think he just underestimated my reading due to the opening and got unfocused... the aji he had was more than he thought. That is probably why he gave up so easily

Re: Game with a 1D (bad fuseki)
Just the opening.
: Why not simply Q3?
: I don't like Q2. I think White can easily settle his pressured stones on the right with S5 then. I would have played your move, too.
: Is this move even Joseki? According to dailyjoseki.com this move is rarely played and White most commonly replies with C15, getting a large corner. Do you wanted to make a Moyo on the top? Don't know if this works well here.

After W captures the center cutting stones, the game is over, time to resign.

There are no joseki references to consult, and i dont know any other better joseki choice.mitsun wrote:is a mistake. As MW suggests, consult a joseki book for possible continuations.
is necessary, even if you later have to give up some stones.
is a fatal mistake, trying to save everything, which is impossible.

35 is a mistake, yes. What is better?
And even if im behind, i wouldnt give up yet. Im better at mid game fighting and usually start off from these kind of big disadvantages

I'm also wondering about
. Is there a reason not to play the attach inside or the diagonal jump?

Hmm right, i know im behind by like 50 but there is always the chance. As the koreans do it, when behind try a fight and if it doesnt work then resign. Alot of times they are behind by like 10 when they do a last ditch fight though..
I really lucked out in this game, but I wonder if anything is wrong with my reading at the end? Can anyone comment on that part as well?
Also thanks for the joseki source
