Is anyone else having problems with BadukTV on ipad?

So, I recently purchased a years subscription with baduktv for the purpose of watching it on the iPad app that they produced.

I have logged into the app and it shows I am a member until December 2013. But whenever I try and watch the stream it will come on for 5-10 seconds and then go to a black screen, while the audio is still going.

I have tried all the normal things like removing the app and re-downloading it but to no avail. I have also tried sending a message to Baduktv to see if they can help but I haven't had a response yet.

Is there something I can do or is this a known issue? I don't want to do a charge back through PayPal as I do want the service, but I will if I have to.

Or you could just watch it at gogameguru. http://gogameguru.com/baduk-tv-mobile/ No need to install an app. You just viit that page and it works fine on ipad.

I forgot baduk tv made their own app. I've had good luck with gogameguru.

Same issue on iOS 5.1 iPad1. Looks like some bug after latest update of this app. Delete and reinstall - works for me.

I ended up requesting a refund which was granted, I will have a look at gogameguru they seem to offer the same service for the same price. Thanks for the advice.
