edit: Not only 8 is wrong but probably 4 as well. I'll better sleep first.
edit2: After a nice sleep I could not resist to peek at the solution. Nice, but a bit difficult for me to solve on my own.

I did this and checked my answer. I had the first move right, but only went through a few variations before checking the solution. In the future, I'll post my solution before checking.
