Hi.
I am seeking information about go and learning, from a cognitive science / cognitive psychology perspective.
More specifically, I am wondering if anyone is aware of any papers published about the use of go in education using measurable or testable criteria.
I am aware of this page, but the author did not include any footnotes or usable inline references.
The linked article mentions a Japanese study that tracked students through high school and after, comparing go playing students with non-go playing students.
It also mentions a study by a Baromi Kim that measured performance of go playing students anainst non-go playing students in a standardised testing regimen. I have not been able to find the original research. (I have a language deficiency that might be the problem.)
Any links that might help me track down the research mentioned here would be useful.
Thanks in advance. People here are always quite helpful.

The whole presentation is good, but the research references start on Page 16.

Thanks msgreg!
That's very helpful.
Dr Laird will know where to find the papers!
You have saved me from continued frustration.
If anyone has any others, I'll be rather grateful.
much thanks,
