You are right, I got the sgf mailed to me yesterday. The colours are wrong it seems.

gokifu.com has the moves for game 3 from day one:
http://gokifu.com/s/18s6-gokifu-20130206-Cho_U(9p)-Iyama_Yuuta(9p).html

I don't think who ever transcribed the game got it totally wrong, so it seems Cho U won game 3!

That move suprised me, and it looks like Iyama didn't expect it either, maybe because time's running out.

I can't see yet how that cut capture the 2 stones, though it does mean black can't answer the n7 atari so he loses a bit there (and has to take gote to live with his centre left group or else fight a heavy ko), but it seems that white is simply ahead, even without komi, so probably that's why Iyama resigned.

It doesn't capture the 2 stones, but white got to play Q6 in sente. Too good!.

Move 109 in game 6. That's something I would never think of.

Iyama won game 6, thus taking the Kisei title 4-2 and becoming the first player to hold 6 titles simultaneously. I hope he wins the Meijin for all 7 and then, having conquered Japan, he can turn his attention to conquering the world and give Japan a much needed boost in international Go.

Congratulations Iyama Yuta!

I was cheering for Cho U but Iyama is so impressive. I think I just became a fan. Like person above me said, I hope he starts making progress in the international scene.

English language article on Iyama in the Daily Yomiuri Online (Kisei sponsor).

'...Commenting on Iyama's innovative and flexible moves, Ishii [Kunio, his teacher] said, "His talent blossomed as he played go matches online in which he could act in a free and easy way without facing opponents."...'

Perhaps this is also a good time to reread JF's earlier profile of Iyama.
