On Saturday the preliminaries of the Professional Pair-GO Championship were played at the Nihon Kiin. After the second round the pro waiting room was quite crowded and the (unnamed) author set out the problem below for everyone's consideration. It looks easy, Takao wrote. But 5 minutes... 10 minutes...

Black seems to have 4 straightforward inside forcing moves to limit White to one eye. Maybe White can give up some stones to live small, but I don't see how.
