B's move feels like a bit of an overplay. I don't know the best reply for W. However, using The Intepid's vaiation:

I returned a week ago but I'm still taking a vacation from the vacation, if you know what I mean. It was pretty intense out there. I swam with wild sea lions, for example. Inquisitive, but also extremely devious creatures! There was this one female sea lion in particular, who kept looking at me under water with her big black eyes, begging me to keep following her. Yet, as I did, she kept drawing me more and more into deep waters, big waves, and strong sea currents. It's a good thing I realized what was happening in time, else getting back to shore might have proven to be an ordeal. An insidious beast! ... or maybe she was just trying to teach me a lesson about how to play Go.

It was in New Zealand. Here, sea lions are incorrectly called "fur seals" but there is an easy way to tell if a creature is a seal or a sea lion. Approach one on land, whack it on the nose, and see if it gives chase. If it does, then it's a sea lion. If it doesn't, then it's a seal. In New Zealand, it would definitely give chanse--and then a hell of a bite to boot.
I don't have pictures from that swim, but the picture below should give you a glimpse into how it feels to swim with sea lions.
