My avatar is a whale shark I was lucky enough to see on a dive last year. Apparently it was a juvenile and so it was "small". A truly amazing fish.

My time to be slow. I've been playing lots of chess recently in preparation for the summer tournament cycle, so I blame chess. Anyway, I'll make my move over the weekend.

I was preparing for a major chess tournament, then played in it for a week (doing reasonably well), and now I'm recovering from it ... still not quite in the mood for hard-core Go reading ... but I'm getting there
