2 questions:

How long are those games(thinking time per player) and are they streamed somewhere?

The games in Japan and I think the others are similar are 30s/move with 10 cards of one minute thinking time you use when you go over the 30s. It's a bit odd of a setup but when you watch it, it works out pretty well. I think the one minute thinking times are more of a chance for commentators to help explain what is going on.
