Hello From The UK

Post by PeterN »

Hey all,

Been reading the forum for a while now so thought it was time to register.

Started playing go in April last year really, though learnt the rules some time before that, and have so far reached the giddy "heights" of 8 kyu. Mainly play on KGS and also down the London City Go Club.

And I think that's the always awkward sounding into post

Hi, wanted to ask if the London City Go Club is open and functioning (it is on Fridays, right?)? Was just curious, as their website was not updated for quite a while. Would be great to play if I manage to come, we should be of similar strength.

Hey Musai,

Sorry I didn't see your post before Friday, but yes, it's open and running on Fridays at the Melton Mowbray from 6pm. Hope you can make it next week.

Great! I will try to come (although for the next few weeks it seems unlikely).
