Hello from Gomel, Belarus
Hello my name is Sergei, im 29 years old software engineer. Im interested in functional programming and programming languages. I started to play go in this summer and currently i'm 5k on tygem, also im playing on KGS(binjip978). I hope this forum will help me improve my game, and i hope in future i can contribute to it too.

Yes, but i actually don't have much experience with it. But i think Learn You a Haskell for Greater Good is great introductory book, even if you don't interested in haskell.

Haskell is good for the brain, for sure. Lately I really, really like Clojure though
