Honestly, I'm sure we agree to the very end...she expresses expresses disappointment, it's the politically correct thing to do. There is no need to legitimately feel disappointed about winning in this case, it's what you do, and as you mention it's what you will do every time (as you should). But when asked about it in the press, it's classy to regret that your opponent made mistakes.

I can empathize with a stale feeling afterwards … reminds me of games I won on time when I was behind :-| Yes, I take the victory, but I have the feeling I didn’t really win.

Yes she is extremely strong. According to senseis, she even owns the best result (for a counted game) with an official win by 60+ against another pro.

She won the game for me anyway, not the practical way, but in spirit she will be the champion to me :)
