Great information and pictures, everyone. I'm not in China, but I appreciate a bit of vicarious travel.

So, I found the shop that was recommended and managed to buy two sets or yunzi stones (single and double convex) and a nice folding bamboo board (so it can fit into the suitcase), mainly because all those things were extremely cheap. The single convex stones are sold in two different versions 'ivory' (old version) and 'white' (new version). The sizes (diameters) were a bit weird though. The ivory ones are 22mm (white) and 21.5mm (black), and the "white" single convex is 22.5mm. So it is strange that the black stones are smaller. My other set of glass stones has black stones larger than white. I chose the ivory single convex because they were at least comparable to the size of black ones. The "white" were too big. At the same time, when I arrive home, I tested them if they contain lead and in the single convex stones do contain lead (red color on the photo), but the newer "white" double convex show some yellow color for the test, so they either contain a bit or not. I think in the end I will be selling those single convex stones cheap to someone who does not care about that issue. The double convex are somehow smaller, diameter 20.5mm, but are nice as well. The production years are: ivory single convex white (2012) black (2008), double convex black and white (2013).

Need info on weiqi shops in Beijing.
Mainly for stones and bowls.

I have visited one nice shop during WMSG, but it was 11 years ago, and I don't even remember its name.
