In my book it's an even game before move 89. But with that very move Black starts to give White the whole upper side, that's too much. I'd have played J16.

I guess Kim must be willing to pay the new counting fee introduced in recent tournaments, which applies to the losing player who refuses to resign.

To me
is An overplay but
is almost as if black acknowledges a technical mistake.
Later in the ko mid-bottom white gains a lot while replying to Black's threats.
I think Black overestimated her overall thickness.
