Hi all, I am a long time lurker of these forums, and I am trying to get back into the game I do so love. I have a couple of friends that also play, though like me, not enough. I was wondering if there was an android app for my phone that handled Go like it handles Words with friends, or battleship, or chess, or so many other games?
Thanks for any help!
A Go/Baduk app like words with friends?

If you set up an account on DGS (http://www.dragongoserver.net you can use anDGS on an android phone to that effect. Time limits are in days, and generally replenished 1 day a move or more, and the phone interface isn't bad. Should be easy enough to have your friends do the same and just challenge each other, if that's what you're looking for, or you can play against the rest of the community too.
You can also play correspondence games on OGS, though you will need to access it through a web browser. I've found the web interface clunky on my phone, but you may like it.

Hi Coach,
There are several possibilities.
I want to mention GoQuest, from Google Play Store.
May be ideal for beginners (and better) wanting to play casual games on 9x9 and 13x13 with friends.

Thanks for the replies all, I may check out GoQuest. Wish I had the knowledge to write an app, I bet it could do well.
